What to do if you as the employer wish to stay anonymous?

What to do if you want an individual with specific experiences?

How to recruit quality workers that have proven themselves in other companies but are not looking for employment at the moment?

Employees are the biggest asset of any company, that is why it is very important to know what kind of people join your team and what their added value is. The human resources department is faced with a challenge when the company is looking for an individual with specific experiences and skills. The answer can be headhunting (direct search) that is recommended especially when looking for candidates to fill leading positions and/or looking for candidates in areas where there is a shortage in the talent pool.

We also specialize in direct search or headhunting where we discretely contact the candidates, spike their interest, invite them for an interview, do psychological testing and present the best ones to the client.

We acquire candidates from our own rich database of contacts and market analysis. If the company already has competent candidates in mind but does not want to contact them directly, we step in. We discreetly get in touch with them, invite them for an introductory interview and present the key characteristics of the position.

We are also specialized in recruiting potential young candidates – talents that still need to be developed into future professionals and/or leaders. In this area we work with numerous institutions, faculties, organizations and companies.
